Off-road racers will set out from San Elijo Hills Neighborhood Park and begin their 1,176 foot gain up to Double Peak’s summit at 1,558 feet above sea level, winding along beautiful hillside trails with amazing views.
Not up for the full 10K? No worries! Double Peak Challenge also offers an awesome 5K course as well as a 200 Meter “Trail” Trot for kids.
Race proceeds will benefit the San Marcos community through two important non-profit organizations: Friends of San Marcos Parks & Recreation and The San Marcos Promise.

Experience gorgeous riding on the Southern California coast with 100, 50 or 25 mile routes on Highway 101.
You can view the interactive maps and descriptions for each course. CUE SHEETS BELOW FOR 25, 50, and 100 miles. Course information listed is 2017 and will be updated in October. No major changes are anticipated – please use information distributed on event day for official guidelines.
The 100-mile course for Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast starts at the Oceanside Pier and goes north to Breakwater Way before beginning a southbound trip to Encinitas. The 100-mile course is two loops of the 50-mile course.
For 100 mile riders at the end of the first loop there will be an aid station just south of the Oceanside Pier at the Strand and Seagaze.
The 50-mile course for Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast starts at the Oceanside Pier and goes north to Breakwater Way before beginning a southbound trip to Encinitas.
The course is well-supported, and perfect for your first, or most enjoyable coastal ride. The route tours the beaches on Highway 101 through Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach and Del Mar. This is an out-and-back course with a turn-around and aid station on Sorrento Valley Road south of Del Mar. (approximately 24.2 miles from the Pier). There is also SAG support for all riders at the start/finish near the Oceanside Pier.
The Taste the Coast Festival at the finish line will include a selection of local cuisine, music, a beer garden and a sports expo.
The 25-mile course for Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast starts at the Oceanside Pier and goes north to Breakwater Way before beginning a southbound trip to Encinitas. The route tours the beaches on Highway 101 through Oceanside, Carlsbad and Encinitas. This is an out-and-back course with a turn-around and aid station in Encinitas at Moonlight Beach (approximately 13.3 miles from the Pier). There is also SAG support for all riders at the start/finish near the Oceanside Pier. The 15-mile course for Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast starts at the Oceanside Pier and goes out to the San Luis Rey River Bike Path on a course that has very little car traffic – the majority of the course is a bike path with no car traffic. This is an out-and-back course with an aid station at Foussat Road (approximately 3.8 miles from the Pier) and an aid station and turn-around at Mance Buchanan, right before College Boulevard (approximately 7.8 miles from the Pier).
The 7-mile course for Bike the Coast – Taste the Coast starts at the Oceanside Pier and goes out to the San Luis Rey River Bike Path on a course that has very little car traffic (the majority of the course is a bike path with no car traffic). This is an out-and-back course with an aid station and turn-around point at Foussat Road (approximately 3.8 miles from the Pier).

Welcome to the Inaugural Heroes 10 Mile Run, 5K and Kids Fun Run, brought to you by Sports Anaheim. Join us as we celebrate and recognize the Heroes in our everyday lives.
The Expo begins November 10, 2018 at the Anaheim Convention Center while the race starts November 11, 2018 at Honda Center.
This flat and fast course through many of the most popular sections of the City of Anaheim will entertain runners of all levels as you experience and explore Anaheim and Orange County.
The start and finish will be at Honda Center®, home of the Anaheim Ducks® of the NHL and Orange County’s supreme concert venue. You will run through the infield of Angel Stadium of Anaheim, home of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim®, past the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) and many more recognizable Anaheim neighborhoods.

This 5K obstacle course run/walk on the boardwalk in beautiful Huntington Beach will raise awareness and funds for endangered species.
At the time of registration you choose the organization you would like to run for – that cause will receive 50% of your ticket price.
Families, friends, co-workers, kids, and people of all ages can come out to participate in this fun and competitive setting with various contests and prizes. Complimentary water and snacks will be provided. Following the race, enjoy the music by Reggae band Cali Conscious and the various booths, a silent auction and even pet adoptions, as the other players finish. Once the race has concluded there will be an award ceremony for the top finishers (Kids & Adults) and top fundraisers – both individuals and teams, and raffle winners. Where the Money Goes
The funds raised from 2018 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk – Greater Los Angeles Area are invested around the country to provide research for new treatments, free prostate cancer testing, and educate men and families about prostate cancer. No other prostate cancer charity spends more per dollar on programs – more than 84 cents. ZERO puts every donation to good use.
