The run up from the Pacific Ocean to T1 is sure to get your heart rate going if the swim didn’t. From there, mount your bike and make your way out of Crystal Cove and onto PCH for a bike ride that is breath-taking not only in its beauty, but the course will leave you panting as well.
Off the bike and you are tackling a run course that is sure to be fun and challenging. Be prepared to run partly on the beach and then finish overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This race brings out some of the tastest folks around from Southern California to test their mettle on this tough but great course. You spoke and we listened. We’ve scrapped the long course and are bringing back the Olympic/International and Sprint distance events. The Olympic distance triathon participants will be treated to a beautiful calm swim in Castaic Lake. You’ll have a “European Style” bike course with epic views of the local mountains. The bike course starts and finishes at Castaic Lake. The run will travel on paths and roads through the Castaic Lake Recreation Area and has awesome views of the lake.
Finishers will be part of a fabulous celebration that includes post event music and refreshments. All finishers will get a finishers medal and event technical T-Shirt.

The Apple Valley Fall Reverse Triathlon will be held at the New Civic Center . The Reverse Triathlon will start with a 5k and transition into a 14 mile fast flat road course and finish with a 150 yd pool swim. The Apple Valley kids triathlon will consist of a one mile run out and back transition into a 3 mile bike ride and finish will a 50 yard pool swim. Last but not least the event will also include a 5&10 K for those runners at heart.

We are excited to welcome you to the 38th Annual San Diego International Triathlon. This race is one of the longest standing triathlons in the country and hopefully a favorite. There are two courses to choose from an international course and a sprint course, whichever you choose you’re guaranteed a great ride. Both races take place at the Spanish landing Park located on Harbor Drive across from the San Diego International Airport.
The race benefits Father Joe’s Villages, San Diego’s largest homeless services provider. Each day Father Joe’s Villages serves 3,000 meals provides housing, rental assistance, healthcare, food, clothing, education, job training, mental health, addiction treatment and child development services to our neighbors in need.

The Big Rock Sprint Triathlon is a road bike tri on paved roads and is staged in an area that is only a short drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. It is also close to the Ontario Airport for those athletes traveling from Northern California or other states and countries. The course will Be flat and fast with a calm lake swim, short climb on the bike and a flat out and back run. Limited to the first 800 entrants

The In The Dirt MTB Tri is staged in an area that is only a short drive from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. Lake Perris SRA is in Riverside County and is bordered by the City of Perris and the City of Moreno Valley. The course will feature a calm lake swim, a multi loop MTB course with fire road and single track. There will be some climbing with fun descents and rolling single track. Great for hard core and first timers alike (beginners may have to walk some sections), finish with a 3mi run, limited to the first 300 entrants.

The San Diego Triathlon Classic features San Diego’s only true Olympic Distance Race consisting of a 1500m flat-water protected swim, a 40k hilly bike course, and a 10k flat run. Participants will have the opportunity to swim in the NTC boat canal, a flat and protected portion of beautiful San Diego Bay. Next, they will race their bikes from Liberty Station through the Naval Submarine Base at Point Loma, and up to Cabrillo National Park where breathtaking views of Mexico, downtown San Diego, and the rugged mountains to the east await.
