The KID-FIT Family Fun Run 5K offers fun for the entire family! Competitive runners will enjoy the USATF certified and sanctioned 5K flat course.

Those who want a leisurely stroll can enjoy the trail too. All ages of students from area towns can participate in order to reap one of the scholarships awarded to the youth age groups. Little children will enjoy the 1K and get their very own real medal! Fun family events afterwards.

The KID-FIT Preschool Health and Fitness Organization helps children develop healthy lifestyle habits of regular exercise, sound nutrition and proper rest starting at the preschool level. We also are continuing education providers training early childhood teachers on the importance of exercise and fitness to prevent many adult diseases of lifestyle.
