What better way to cap off the 2015 triathlon season than with a thrilling competition in Southern California along Oceanside Harbor and we’d like to invite you to compete in either the sprint, international, or relay waves (both sprint and international relay options are available). Life Time Tri Oceanside also offers a first-timer wave for those new to the sport of triathlon and a buddy wave for those looking for a more relaxed race experience and the ability to race with a friend without the risk of USAT penalties. The first-timer and buddy waves are open to everyone (even experienced athletes) looking for a low-stress, less competitive experience.

There’s no better destination location than Southern California, and no better event location than Oceanside Harbor. After a swim in the sun-drenched and protected boating harbor, athletes will bike the fast, closed course of the San Luis Rey Mission Expressway, then run along the pristine Oceanside coastline. Before crossing the finish line on the spectator-filled strand, they will take in the signature sights of beachfront SoCal, mingled with Oceanside’s old fishing village charm. Oceanside Pier — the longest wooden pier on the Pacific Coast — the famous Top Gun house, and the collage of wood-framed specialty shops, restaurants and a lighthouse will form the picture-perfect backdrop to this competitive experience.
